Click to send location one time via 'Text Message'

Possible reasons GPS Location was denied by the phone:

Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> Safari Websites

-(While using the App) should be selected

Settings -> Safari -> Location

-(Ask) or (Allow) should be selected
